Homepage Screenshot1 Harvey TestimonialI am writing this letter to thank all of you for your efforts in designing and maintaining our website.  Out of all the marketing campaigns we have done over the past several years, this has worked the best.

We had spent years advertising in the newspapers along with other marketing initiatives. In the beginning of our efforts, we found this to be a very profitable way to acquire new business.  However, the down side was that we were not done with our expenses once we acquired a lead.  We then had to send out sequential mailings at a cost of about $2.50 each including the postage and printing, and that does not take into account the hours of manual labor spent putting the reports together and sending them out.  Needless to say, this was all worth it when we first started, but over the years majority of people have started finding information on the internet and have moved away from using the more traditional sources.

At the end of our last contract with the local paper, we looked at all of our income and expenses associated with ads in the paper and other marketing efforts it came down to about $5,000 in additional profit for the year.  That number does not take into account all the time spent preparing and sending out the mailings.  It was at this point we decided that something had to change!

We began searching for someone to build us a website. We found lots of companies who would do this for a very large price tag, and then they wanted to charge additional large amounts of money to maintain it and make changes to it.  We are a relatively small business and all of the proposals seemed excessive for our needs.

In addition, prior to working with Neptune Local, we had been working with a marketing consultant for a year and a half.  The entire time he was charging us a monthly fee for his services and he was insisting that we get the word out about our office by writing and publishing articles on the internet and on a blog he had designed for us.  He also suggested we use a lot of other tools such as Facebook, Linkedin, squidoo….etc.  We are in the healthcare business and work approximately 50-60 hours per week.  The last thing we needed was assignments from our coach to go do things that not only took more time, but also had a huge learning curve for us as we knew nothing about it!

Finally, we stumbled upon your company, I believe through a Linkedin advertisment.  What a blessing you have been.  When we first met Michael, we knew you were the right fit for us.  To start with, he was very honest and sincere with us and we knew we could trust him.  He showed us several websites that you had done in the past and they were very consistent with our needs.  By the time we were done meeting with him, we could not wait to get the show on the road.

Neptune had a very professionally designed website in place for us in approximately 2 weeks or less and it was done at a fraction of what any other company had proposed.  We are very happy with our website and it is very comparable to any other professional website out there on the internet.

We appreciate not only the professional appearance of the website, but also the fact that you are constantly making changes to it to ensure we get the best possible results.

The last thing I want to mention is your marketing campaigns.  They have been awesome.  We know you are continually revising your marketing as we are constantly getting more and more quality leads.
